I believe the maximum supported size is just 16GB. There doesn't appear to be an option for a larger amount.

I'm using the most recent update already, and I've installed the new memory in both versions without success.
The bios is designed to work with a maximum of 16GB, which is typical for the initial setup. Manufacturers often adjust this to create premium versions that use more storage capacity.
I successfully installed it on Windows using the old stick and one of the newer ones. I placed the old one in slot B, which seems to be the correct method, contrary to my earlier note. This issue appears to be widespread, as a YouTube video showed someone with the same HyperX RAM facing the same problem, and another commenter mentioned it too. Now I’m curious if it’s possible to use both new and old RAM together.
