You made a mistake here. Windows Update isn't the best source for GPU driver updates—get them directly from Intel. Also, consider turning off hardware acceleration completely. Is this happening whenever you plug the device in or at a specific time? It might also be related to an NVIDIA driver problem. How long has this issue lasted? If you're still within the return period, bringing it back to the service center would be a good idea.
