Hi, I see your gaming laptop has been acting up lately. It freezes randomly while playing games or using Chrome, showing a strange purple and green overlay. The screen brightness changes oddly—getting brighter until it turns all white, then resets. Sometimes it loops endlessly or restarts normally after a while. Even when you power it off and on, it won’t boot the Dell logo or go to the lock screen. This is really important for your university work. Can this issue be fixed? I’ve attached some photos to help explain what’s happening.
