I open a client's laptop to swap her ssd for a bigger one and her battery caught my eye. Did it start to swell up or is it a normal shape ? (yes there is a cat on my desk)

This doesn’t seem right and likely needs to be swapped out. (A nearby recycling facility accepts lithium packs) HT03XL is the model number; quick searches reveal affordable alternatives available.

It's clear this equipment is in poor condition. Replace it at the earliest opportunity. Whenever I've needed to swap a battery, it's always from an HP model.
