I'm dealing with a tricky situation here. The file.txt isn't being updated in folder1, so I'm getting frustrated trying to navigate through different folders while working on a 3D software. I want the latest modification time to reflect changes inside this folder and its subfolders, but it seems like only files in folder1 are being tracked. It's making it hard to find what I need and wasting a lot of time searching. I'm tired of this hassle and just want something that updates correctly across all folders.

Consider using a tailored file manager. You can easily set up folders you like and keep track of recent files without relying on Windows 10’s built-in features.
