The issues appear in certain games. It might be a game bug, possibly due to memory limitations, though this is uncommon and worth checking.

I'm not sure if the problem lies with the KF chip. If only a few games are affected, it might be a game-specific issue. If it's limited to those particular titles, I'd share the details on their forums, Discord, or social media to check for similar reports and solutions. For broader concerns, examine the system more closely.

I also considered optimization myself, maybe it's just another gaming myth. The finals are fresh, and I've learned they're extremely demanding on the CPU rather than the GPU. Still, the 14th gen i9 should work fine. I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has noticed this as a possible problem—perhaps games default to using CPU graphics by default. It seems the games don't boot at the loading screen in either case.

Only a small fraction of users need to disable their integrated graphics, as most install dedicated GPUs.

I believe there’s limited room for improvement, particularly since the problem affects only two games. Modern hardware tends to lack the same level of support and refinement as older systems. I’d log the issue if possible and remain hopeful for a resolution, though right now the only viable steps seem to be throttling your CPU or exploring advanced techniques like super sampling. Rendering at higher resolutions could ease GPU strain and potentially help, but it’s still speculative. If the final stages rely heavily on the GPU, you might consider other workarounds before deciding to lower your CPU frequency.

The issue indicates a driver failure. It’s likely the problem lies with your RAM, CPU, GPU VRAM, or GPU cores.

just one google away.. this is apparently a known bug with the game / UE5. some sources say to run the game in windowed mode, some sources say to slightly downclock your CPU.

I've noticed similar issues too. I haven't adjusted the settings or tried running in window mode. I think I need to change the Nvidia configuration because I can't even access the game to make changes. Downclocking doesn't seem worth it. I'm not too concerned about the games; I was mainly just checking if there was a known problem with the KF. I've only tested K chips before.
