As shown in the video, the computer continues to press the arrow keys. I've already restarted it and switched to safe mode, but the issue persists. None of the fixes worked—unplugging the keyboard didn't help. Affected programs include File Explorer (navigation menu keeps scrolling), VLC (holds right arrow), and XnViewMP (holds right arrow). Likely more programs are impacted, but these are confirmed.

Have you considered using a different keyboard? Mechanical issues are more frequent than unusual bugs or viruses causing this. Trying another USB port might help. Running in safe mode could reveal the cause. Checking the BIOS settings may also clarify if the problem stems from the operating system.

Sure. I also unplugged all keyboards and attempted to rely only on the mouse, but the issue persisted.
Same result again.
Consistent across multiple checks.
Could be related to the operating system, though it might vary.
