I recently purchased a new Asus X13 2022 laptop, but my keyboard frequently shuts down unexpectedly. Even when I don’t use it often, it takes about 2-3 seconds to wake up and start functioning properly. During that brief period, the keys queue up and appear all at once. The system runs smoothly while it’s on. The operating system is Windows 11. Appreciate your help!

Same problem appears with Asus also. It only works after a restart until it occurs again.

It seems there’s a concern about conserving power. Have you checked if changing the power plan to "High Performance" helps? Follow these steps: search for "Edit power plan," open it, go to "Change advanced power settings," and select "High Performance." Try it out and see if it resolves the issue. If it does, we can focus on identifying the specific setting that’s causing the problem.
