The keyboard is unresponsive for all applications except the game.
The button labeled “3” isn’t functioning correctly. I entered this key using the numeric keypad, but it fails to operate in other applications—web browsers, Notepad, and even a calculator—except within the game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, where I can activate killstreaks. The key itself is recognized, however, it’s not registered in any other programs. When I enable keyboard lighting with the “reactive” setting, the key indicator illuminates, but I receive no other input on my screen while typing. Has anyone encountered a resolution to this issue? My keyboard is a Razer Ornata Chroma.
It’s interesting that this works when I activate a killstreak within the game, but not when I type messages in the chat window.
