Hello there,
I’m experiencing this strange problem for a long time, but I don’t know how to fix it. My keyboard sometimes freezes unexpectedly, especially while gaming. When it does, I have to shake or lift it, and then all the inputs come together at once. Do you have any suggestions?

Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system information.
Check the keyboard for any visible issues or driver updates.
Review Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes or warnings around the time the keyboard froze.
If shaking the keyboard doesn’t resolve the issue, consider using a different working keyboard.
Test the problem on another functional keyboard on another computer.
Identify whether the issue originates from the keyboard itself or persists with the system.
