Hello, I downloaded and installed New World on my PC via Steam. When it launched, it generated several errors and failed to start properly. After restarting the computer, my keyboard stopped responding entirely. I’m using a Corsair K65 Lux RGB keyboard, running an ASUS TUF X570 Pro WiFi motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X. I’ve reset the keyboard by pressing Esc after unplugging and replugging it, but the light still blinks. I repeatedly tried uninstalling and reinstalling the HID keyboard device through Device Manager, forcing a firmware update via the icon, yet the keyboard tab displays an error: “The specific image file did not have the correct format, it did not have an initial MZ.” I’ve also attempted to reinstall the HID device and update it, but keep encountering “up to date” messages. I’ve updated my BIOS and chipset to the latest versions, and even after uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard, it still doesn’t connect properly—only works in UEFI BIOS or when plugged into the laptop, where it lights up but doesn’t respond to Bluetooth or other devices. The USB receiver and driver errors persist. I’m unsure if the keyboard is truly faulty, though it’s been five years old. Please advise on how to resolve this.
