Hello everyone, yesterday I played a game and my w key stopped functioning. It only worked when pressed every few times or held down. The next day I switched to Linux (dual booting Windows 10 and Zorin 16), and the issue resolved. After spending eight productive hours at home, I returned to Windows only to notice the w key wasn't registering correctly. I'm worried and need assistance!

No, the problem doesn't repeat on another keyboard.

No, I don't have any software installed from the keyboard manufacturer.
