The Java version of Minecraft is leading to your internet instability.
Hi there, My friends and I began playing Minecraft again and everything seemed fine at first. However, when I logged in the next day, my game kept crashing with a java.net.SocketException. The internet on my network would shut down for at least a minute before restarting. This issue occurred randomly when trying to join our friends' server, sometimes lasting an hour and other times only a few seconds. I've tried all possible fixes—restarted the router, reinstalled the game, updated Java, switched servers, changed DNS settings, used an older Java version, adjusted game files, and even played on another computer. Despite these efforts, the crashes continue, and I'm still unsure what's causing it. I searched online for solutions but haven't found a clear answer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
