Good morning, your LINKSKEY LDV-DM202AUSK 2-port Dual Monitor DVI is set to port 1 now, and you're unable to switch back. Can you find a method to reset the KVM?

This KVM seems to have an issue where pressing or selecting Port 2 does nothing at all, including not changing the status light. My initial guess is that the selector switch might be faulty. I should try connecting the cables from Port 1 to Port 2 just to check for a possible cable problem.
