I utilize the solid-state drive for my operating system and the hard disk drive for video games, however, when I attempted to install a game on the SSD, it continued to experience the identical issues.

Despite using separate storage devices for your applications and operating system, this is unlikely to resolve the problem. Could you please list all of the anti-virus programs installed on your system and indicate how many are active?
