Create a fresh Windows 11 system now, connect your Logitech G Pro Gaming Mouse, and adjust the settings by disabling Enhance Pointer Precision. Each time you uncheck it and click OK, it appears to reset itself immediately.

I attempted the registry changes but it didn't resolve the issue. Even with values set to zero, the problem persists. When I disable a setting, it works briefly before reverting. It seems affected by third-party applications. The only installs that seem to cause issues are NZXT CAM and Armory Crate. Logitech G Hub was installed temporarily but removed after trying to fix it. (EDIT: X-Mouse Button Control is also present but closing it doesn't help.)

The problem was with Program X-Mouse Button Control. Changing the settings in Settings -> Pointer and disabling Enhance Pointer Precision resolved the issue.
