I'm unsure why the login fails; the error shows a disconnect warning from PunkBuster about a temporary ban. The message mentions a service failure related to PnkBstrA.exe.

I also faced a similar problem a long time ago. It didn't get fixed. My system was using Vista, which might be the cause. Check out various forums or submit a ticket on punkbuster.com.
