For a few months now, games have worked without issues but suddenly crashed to the desktop. After restarting, the file vanished and I couldn't launch the program or got stuck in a boot loop. I tried updating the SSD firmware using Samsungs Magician, but nothing appeared. I hoped the update would resolve the problem, but it didn’t. Games kept crashing and disappearing. I suspected a motherboard issue, so I swapped two drives—one 970evo and the other 980pro. Neither helped, so I thought the drive itself was faulty. Given Samsung’s reputation for reliable drives, I moved everything to the 970evo, but it didn’t fix anything. The situation is frustrating, especially since my drives usually last long. I’m seeking advice and any guidance would be invaluable.
