You might attempt it, but it won't function effectively with many applications. It requires a compact graphics card that won’t strain the insufficient power supplies found in those assembled systems.

A compact graphics card is still required, and be mindful that the power supply in these pre-assembled systems isn’t usually robust enough to handle a more powerful card. Therefore, can I replace the existing graphics card with an upgraded one?

The graphics processing unit is built-in with the central processing unit, meaning there’s no need for modification. You would install a separate graphics card—perhaps a secondhand small-form factor 750ti or similar.
