You're encountering an issue after installing Windows twice, specifically with the second DVD. This could be due to duplicate installation files or conflicting settings. Try cleaning your installation media or resetting your installation process. If the problem persists, consider checking for updates or consulting the official documentation.

Consider re-downloading the ISO once more and burning the DVD slowly (or opt for USB transfer).

You adjust the writing speed by modifying the settings during the burn process, such as selecting a different speed option in the software interface.

I prepared the Windows USB drive by creating bootable versions and successfully used it before.

I haven't tried it before. Using ImgBurn (free software) lets you adjust the burning rates.
