I require assistance with a specific issue. Examining the upper right area, you'll observe that the shadow fails to display fully until I move nearer, and a noticeable gap exists between the loaded part of the shadow and the uninitialized region.

Here are my system specifications:

CPU: i7-4770
GPU: RX 560 2GB
RAM: 16 GB DDR3
Motherboard: Dell XPS 8700
SSD: Liteonit LMS-32L6M mSata 32GB
HDD: WDC WD5000AAKS-00UU3A0 500GB
HDD: STM3500418AS 500GB (Disk CSmile
PSU: Standard Dell 460W

what game is it and have you seen in-game videos that do not behave like this? maybe the game just has a bad implementation of shadows.
if you have seen video of it functioning the way you would like but cannot get it to you on your own system:
try to change the shadow draw distance. if you cannot change the draw distance in-game maybe you can find an .ini file somewhere to manually edit.
also try changing options regarding softness.
try reinstalling if nothing else works.

Tell me the name of the game and whether you’ve encountered gameplay footage that doesn't display incorrectly. It’s possible the game simply has a flawed shadow system.

If you've viewed videos showing the game working as intended but can’t replicate it on your own computer:

Experiment with altering shadow rendering distance. If you cannot modify the distance within the game, explore a configuration file to make manual adjustments.

Also, consider adjusting settings related to blurriness or smoothness.

Finally, attempt a complete reinstallation if all other solutions fail.

Thanks, I’ll endeavor to do so, and by the way, this is Grand Theft Auto V.
