Turn off the power supply unit, verify all connections are correct (cables, RAM slots, GPU, etc.), and repeat the process. If still no issue, attempt to clear the CMOS.

It was the first time this occurred last night. I simply remove the RAM and reinstall it. The computer started up. Now it doesn't boot again today.
