All my games exhibit random stuttering, some more severe than others.
It doesn’t seem to be FPS-related because I’ve confirmed that games can exceed 60fps and they all have a 60fps limit matching my monitor’s refresh rate.
The issue isn’t tied to Radeon software since I’ve removed it and only the driver remains installed.
It’s quite odd...
I’ve also observed that stuttering occurs when I adjust the volume while playing, or when switching songs in Spotify.
Unclear if these two factors are connected to the onscreen display changes during song transitions or volume adjustments.
In any case, the stuttering isn’t FPS-related at all.
Any suggestions?

Without the complete system details, pinpointing the exact cause remains difficult.
The problem might stem from a hard drive malfunction. I’ve experienced similar lag when using a slow hard drive with my files stored on it. (Using an SSD instead of a traditional hard drive makes a big difference.)
