Obtain an SSD. Your CPU has a minor limitation, so moving to an i5 would likely not be significant, while an i7 might be excessive. You might also consider adding eight more gigabytes of RAM.

I could possibly receive an SSD if I manage to afford it, but next year I plan to upgrade to a Zen or Kaby Lake CPU, add 16 GB of RAM, and install a new motherboard.
