Can this system handle Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Rainbow Six Siege? It has 16GB of RAM, an XFX Radeon video card with 8GB of memory, a 512GB solid-state drive, a 1TB hard drive with LED lighting, and an Intel 7th generation 9600k processor, running Windows 10 Home (64-bit).

Indeed, those are relatively easy games to operate.
With minimal graphics settings, you can play them on a very basic computer.
Regarding the graphics card (also known as a video card), you did not indicate which one you are referring to.

Within the RX 500 lineup, only the 580 and 590 models come equipped with 8 GB of memory. I believe it’s a 580, which should be more than adequate for most games.

Is there a 570 model with 8GB of RAM as well? Regardless, each version can handle those games, or at the very least any title running at 1080p with a 60Hz refresh rate, using medium settings.

Considering that, I believe AMD incorporated this particular version into the 570 series. However, as you pointed out, it's still sufficiently suitable for playing those games.
