My system memory snapshots indicate an error. The code is 0xc0000005, signaling that the instruction at address 0x%p attempted to access memory location 0x%p, which was unreadable. I’m unsure of a solution and both EaseUS Rescue Center and Ghost Imaging Software have been unable to assist with troubleshooting or provide a refund.

Let’s begin with a Memtest86 and then examine the hard drive. It's challenging to provide further assistance without detailed information about your computer’s specifications and a thorough explanation of the issue. For instance, could you describe when it began, what actions were being performed at the time, and in which circumstances you encounter this behavior?
