I'm having trouble connecting through Ethernet. My PC isn't getting a correct IP setup despite trying several fixes. I've reset network settings, reinstalled drivers, and double-checked the ASRock motherboard drivers. Disabled fast-boot and restarted after each change, but nothing works. The manual IP adjustment didn't help either. Any advice on next steps?

Without knowing IPV4, I wouldn't configure it myself (understand your gateway and subnet mask). When reset to DHCP, it assigns an IP address automatically.

Currently, I’m configured to get an IP address and DNS automatically.

Have you ruled out physical problems like damaged cable or switch port? Consider testing with another cable or device. Are there any other Ethernet equipment working properly?

We own a bundled modem/router from our internet provider. I've rebooted it three times and reset my computer six times after exploring various solutions.

I verified the cable directly and found no signs of damage. The switch appears to be functioning properly, as connecting another PC still worked without issues. The problem seems to be with your own PC not establishing an internet connection.
