Hello everyone, so after trying to identify the issue, I still can't find a clear solution. I was hoping someone with more experience could help me figure this out. I'm feeling really frustrated right now and don’t understand what’s going on. This only happened after I installed my new RTX 4070ti following an upgrade from a GTX 1080. I also faced similar issues with a 3080, which led me to believe the GPU was the main problem. The issue is that whenever FPS drops or freezes happen, the process nvlddmkm.sys spikes intensely. However, when LatencyMon is active—like during League of Legends—I rarely see these spikes. This suggests it might be related to core or priority settings. My specs include Windows 11 Pro, Intel i7 13700k, RTX 4070TI, and other components. I’ve checked temperatures thoroughly and haven’t noticed any thermal concerns. I’ve adjusted many GPU settings in Windows 11, used G-Sync controls, and even tried GeForce Experience. I’ll share a video showing the problem at the start and end. It appears to occur during gameplay.

Restart the setup and choose the "clean install" feature in the driver update section.

I attempted that earlier today and it didn’t help. I also tried DDU in Safe Mode, but it didn’t work either. Thank you!

If applicable, configure LoL to utilize 2 or 4 P-Cores, avoiding Core 1-4.

Can't access Task Manager, try using Process Lasso instead.

I just received another clip showing stutters. It’s really confusing—I don’t understand why it doesn’t work properly, and I only know that with Latencymon running, the stutters drop to nearly zero. I’d really appreciate help fixing stutter2.mp4.
