I understand the delay in getting IOS 18, even though it was released publicly on the tenth day. I’m curious why some creators on YouTube have it while I haven’t yet.

It's expected to launch publicly in September 2024. This has been consistent over the past ten years. A development beta is available now, and a public beta is anticipated soon.

There are numerous resources available similar to this one. You can log in to Apple Developer, agree to the terms, and adjust the settings for beta releases during the software update.

I don't have access to real-time information about upcoming releases. Please check the official announcements or the relevant platform for the latest updates on the public beta.

It hasn't been revealed yet. I think it might be around July.

Dev beta may carry some uncertainties, but Apple typically monitors such updates closely. There could be potential impacts on your device, though the extent depends on how the changes are implemented. If issues arise, Apple usually provides support and fixes through official channels. Always stay informed and follow best practices for device safety.

I just put it on my iPhone 15 Pro Max and everything functioned well, though it ran a bit sluggish at first. I believe the issue isn’t likely hardware damage, but there’s a greater risk of data problems or crashes—so be sure to back up your device beforehand.
