Yesterday while playing valorant, I pressed the windows button and opened Twitch on Chrome. The stream became stuck, except for my mouse working. Today it happened again, my PC screen returned, but only background sounds were audible. My screen went black until I had to hold the power button for ten seconds. Both days I checked, and the error code was 'The iommu fault reporting has been initialized.' I don’t really understand what that means, please help me.

Event ID 16 HAL refers to an Input-Output Memory Management Unit. It appears connected to USB devices, particularly Bluetooth mice, possibly causing conflicts with Wi-Fi. There is a mention of a bugcheck related to this topic. Following the instructions provided, perform small memory dumps during a BSOD using Windows Minidump. Open File Explorer, go to C:\Windows\Minidump, move the files to your Desktop, and upload them via the cloud service. Share the link to the uploaded file for review.

I can't locate the mini dump folder in the c/windows directory, but I ran Memtest86 and didn't detect any RAM errors. After installing the old GeForce driver 496.13, I'm experiencing these issues, and I wonder if NVIDIA drivers might be causing the freezes and error 16.

I don't understand why I'm encountering this problem, but it's been happening for the third time. My PC freezes and only the mouse movement works; even CTRL+ALT+DEL doesn't help. I can't use any other tools except moving the mouse. I've tried memtest86 and didn't see any errors from my RAM. I'm concerned about whether my processor might be causing this issue.

Did you attempt DDU?
Upon closer inspection, I believe this isn't the cause of the error—it simply happens during startup. It's not an issue.
What events occur before event 41(63)?
What are the specifications of the PC?
Your Discord links aren't functioning.
How long does it take to run two different sticks together?
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/52380933
Do you experience freezing when using only the 16GB stick?

It seems the issue isn't resolved.
The problem might be related to the hardware.
Ryzen 5 5600X
Asus TUF Gaming B550 Gaming (Which BIOS?) looks outdated as of February 25, 2022
24gb ram
1 x 16gb CMK16GX4M1Z3600C18
1 x 8gb CMK8GX4M1Z3600C18
GPU - GTX 1060
SSD - WD SN750 250gb
How long have you been using the two sticks together?
What power supply do you have?

The bios I'm using is 2604. I've been using these RAM sticks for roughly three months, with a Corsair vs650 PSU. I've run MemTest86 on each RAM separately and haven't detected any issues. Is this related to my processor causing the freezes?
