I recently added a few new fans and a cooler to my setup. Since then, my internet performance has been solid, except for this issue. Every 4-5 seconds it almost shuts down, though it never drops the connection. Instead, it creates a huge delay and then floods the network with a lot of data all at once. I've tested various Wi-Fi networks, adapters, restarted everything, and even disconnected the fans/cooler, but nothing helped. Any suggestions on what might be causing this?
