Hello, over the past months I've faced internet problems. Whenever I start a multiplayer game and join a match, the connection drops for all devices in my house. The provider checked their end initially, but then experienced crashes. Their logs showed the issue was going out unexpectedly, yet they couldn't identify the cause. I've tried changing cables or connections, even used an external internet card on my PC, but it didn't help. I'm not sure what to do now. It only happens during the day; when I try at night, everything works fine. I also switched to using my phone and data via USB tethering, and that functioned properly. I attempted to share the home Wi-Fi from my phone to the PC using a USB adapter, and it worked too. I'm really confused and feeling frustrated. Anyone with advice would be greatly appreciated.
