Last night I added new fans and a fresh CPU cooler to my setup. Since my area has poor internet, I switched to using my mobile data hotspot (better than the weak Wi-Fi we usually use) and played Minecraft. It kept stuttering, roughly every 3-4 seconds, and then I would hit the server with nearly all my inputs in one go. I ran a test on Steam because I needed an update, and noticed something odd: my computer never reported a lost connection, and my phone also didn’t show any issues. I restarted both devices, reconnected via USB antenna, and toggled airplane mode to try reconnecting to the nearest cell tower. Any suggestions for what might be causing this or how to fix it?

No images were captured. Relying on cellular data for internet isn't the most stable option compared to a wired connection. Although the system has advanced, it still faces interference from many other cell signals at busy times, plus extra delays caused by wireless communication between towers. Essentially, you're connected through WiFi, which adds more latency.
