I reside in Italy and face an issue with my internet. The Wi-Fi functions briefly—about three minutes—then stops after five minutes, displaying a message about no internet connection. Even the operator seems confused, as they've contacted us multiple times. What might be causing this?

Have you attempted to connect directly to check outcomes? Is your router, modem, or WAP a single device or multiple units? Regardless, are the status lights indicating a loss of internet access or just a problem with Wi-Fi connectivity?

Hello, Is the router owned by the ISP or do you have a standard router after the modem? You might want to see how the device behaves when the WLAN drops. Could you log in to the router during the problem? It may reveal what’s going on.

You might be experiencing issues with another device because the 2.4 GHz frequency is very crowded, particularly from older Wi-Fi equipment.

I didn't do any handwiring, and I lose connection to the Wi-Fi intself, like there's a red light indicating there's no signal for WiFi...

I also have a 5.0GHz model, but it continued to interrupt even after trying it.

Uh I can't , because without connection to the router itself , it doesn't allow me. Like I tried to connect from my Mobilenet but it didn't allowed me to enter....
