She woke up this morning and attempted to access her computer, encountering several problems. We're seeking assistance as we've already tried multiple solutions. Hiya, I'm facing some technical difficulties and thought of posting here. This morning I woke up to find the Internet icon missing and network settings closing instantly after opening them. I've reset the network settings, rebooted in Safe Mode with Internet, but still couldn't connect. It seems to be a Windows 10 issue, not a problem with my PC itself. I've also tried all the steps shown in the video, except using a second PC to download drivers again (I plan to do that tonight). Any suggestions? Edit: I attempted to reinstall the Internet driver, but it didn't work.
