There seems to be an issue with my internet connection specifically on my PC at 3 am. I've reached out to my internet service provider, but they haven't found any problems on their side. My modem is new, and there are no parental controls active either.

Wireless technology? Physical connections? Signals through smoke? Messages via carrier pigeons? What method is your setup using to link to the internet?

It's linked via Wi-Fi and offers a solid connection of about 200MB, which works well for me.

Review the power configurations via Device Manager. Often, Windows chooses to activate the "allow Windows to turn off this device to save power" setting.

Verify if the router maintains an event log, possibly indicating a planned restart. Determine the duration it remains inactive during such a cycle.

For a while, and once it connects it often says "no network"

I attribute the issue to Windows, as it tends to worsen when trying to connect to the Internet after a drop. Does it establish a connection right away after a reboot?

You likely think the router restarts daily. Access the ISP's router settings and review the event log for any entries. Past behavior suggests some providers once removed modems every 24 hours to manage IP addresses. This could explain the issue. Since your provider denies any problems, it might not be their fault. Look closely at the event log—disconnections from the network should appear there. You might also search online for your ISP's name along with terms like 'forced disconnect' or known issues related to periodic reboots.
