This applies only to your desktop. After installing all the Windows updates: Start8 (with Windows 8), GeForce Experience, Chrome Canary, Waterfox, Adobe Flash, Silverlight, Skype, CCleaner, 7-zip, VLC, Filezilla, Putty, Notepad++, Sharky007, codecs, Foxit Reader, mIRC (or an IRC client), Spotify, Steam, Origin, battle.net, Dropbox, mumble/ts3, Adobe CS6, Sony Vegas, Fruity Loops, Studio, Audacity. Since I now use mostly 64-bit applications, I’ve stopped using Ninite and now install programs individually. I’m looking forward to more updates in the Windows 10 package manager.
