Well, I attempted to increase the FSB frequency from 100 MHz to 125 MHz. After restarting the computer, it won’t boot properly. The fan is running, all components are active, but the monitor isn’t detecting a signal. What went wrong? Is there a solution?

Take out the battery on your motherboard, wait a bit, put it back in (make sure to turn off your PSU before doing this via the switch one the back, and if it doesn't have one just unplug it).

On the motherboard there is a watch battery. Turn off the power supply back (O) and remove the watch battery from the computer. This will reset the BIOS. Put the battery back in after a while, and you should be able to boot again.
There might be a simpler method available. If you share your system specifications—especially the motherboard model—I can suggest more effective steps.

I experimented with it and swapped out the RAM sticks, then reinserted them. It seemed to function properly. When it started up, it reported a boot failure and asked me to load the optimized BIOS defaults. It eventually returned to Windows 10. Can I still overclock the APU A8-7600? My nerves went numb when it powered on—what a shock! No more mistakes from me.
