The i9100f isn't performing a turbo boost.

My i9100f isn't boosting turbo. It turns on the feature but caps at 3.59GHz. This is my PC with an i9100f Mbd -asus prime B365m-A GPU-Xfx rx 580 SSD WD black SN760, 250GB RAM, 16GB 2400MHz. Updated August 5, 2020 by Steven.

The reading reaches its maximum capacity at 3.59 and then slightly increases to 3.60.

The bios indicates a consistent core ratio, suggesting the switch I’m supposed to press is working. It seems the system is currently operating at 4 GHz, and there might have been some confusion earlier.
