Hi, I started my first PC last Christmas. It has an i7 9700K, ASUS Prime Z390-A, 2070S, 3000MHz RAM and RM750X power supply. I've noticed the 9700K rarely hits 4 GHz unless I manually overclock it to around 3.8 GHz. I've only adjusted the power plan to High Performance Mode and changed RAM frequency from 2133MHz to 3000MHz in the BIOS. There seems to be no solution yet. My BIOS is from American Megatrends Inc., version 1105, dated June 6, 2019.

They perform well. My setup uses a 240mm AIO, and it rarely exceeds 60C.
