I already have the i7 4790k and DDR3 16 GB RAM with 2133mhz, but the seller mentions the motherboard is low-end. Will this affect my performance? Should I choose a cheaper option under $100?

The i7 4790K is designed to work with the Z97 chipset, meaning it is not considered low-end for that processor.
