I completed the EPP process and it succeeded; however, there’s no SST yet but the clocks are okay. I believe I don’t have to lower the voltage since temperatures remain steady at 66 on both the CPU and GPU.

ThrottleStop not displaying SST in green means Speed Shift remains off. Capture a screenshot for reference. To turn on Speed Shift, refer to the instructions I shared earlier. Intel created Speed Shift for laptops to boost idle performance without raising power use. Initially, some brands chose not to activate it since they didn’t see the need. Windows 10 supports it as long as BIOS allows, but Lenovo may have skipped enabling it on your 7th Gen model. Your temperatures are normal, but performance could drop again soon—possibly due to Lenovo Nerve Sense. Your CPU isn’t being pushed to full capacity, so temperatures stay acceptable. The image you shared shows one core reaching 80°C; opening it under higher voltage can increase output without extra heat.

I turned it on and now the SST appears. Just have to lower the voltage a bit.
