The issue seems to be related to the CPU voltage limit rather than the motherboard. The system is set to 30W, but the CPU can only handle up to 65W. It’s possible that the motherboard or BIOS settings restrict the voltage, even though cooling is adequate. Checking the BIOS for any power limits or fan control settings might help.
