I have tried various solutions to resolve the issue. Please consider additional troubleshooting steps to identify the problem.

Hey there,
I faced a comparable problem with a Corsair Ironclaw Gaming mouse recently. Regardless of the port I connected it to, it kept glitching. In my rush to open the box, I overlooked a USB extender for the dongle and decided to test another approach, though I wasn’t expecting success. Eventually, it worked when I plugged it into a rear port, placed the extender beneath the PC chassis, and positioned it next to the large mouse pad. It functioned perfectly.

It might be related to other devices on my PC that are mostly connected via Wi-Fi, possibly interfering with the mouse. That seemed to be the case.

Anyway, worth a try.
You could also adjust the polling rate to see if it improves performance.

I should have made it more obvious that I actually have a wired-only mouse :c

Have you attempted to reset the mouse?

I just finished that, I'll check on it later.
Interestingly, I just started it and now I'm hearing some rattling from within—I think it's likely still cooking.

It seems the disconnection problem is typical with these devices. It's annoying, but it does occur. I disassembled the mouse, discarded the noisy plastic part, and reassembled it. From my experience, the cable appears to be the weak link. I pulled it hard a few times, and the disconnects stopped temporarily. I'm curious how long it will last.

🤣 Yeah, I've seen similar reports too. It looks like these might not be very trustworthy. Pushing it harder probably won't make much difference!
If you need a cheaper alternative, I own the Corsair Harpoon RGB Pro wireless. It performs well as advertised. The battery lasts about a week or two with roughly an hour of gaming daily. A decent mouse.
I also have the COrsair Ironclaw RGB Pro wireless. I like it, but the Harpoon is my preferred choice.
