My previous “Exibel GHX 5” headphones were consistently among the finest I’d encountered, boasting impressive bass response, a solid microphone, and respectable audio quality. However, they consistently failed after a period, abruptly ceasing to function – requiring me to disconnect and reconnect them repeatedly. This became incredibly irritating during gaming sessions, as in-game audio would also vanish until a restart was performed. Consequently, I invested in new “HyperX Cloud Stinger” headphones, which initially performed adequately, though lacking the bass and microphone quality of the Exibels. However, recently while gaming, I began experiencing a persistent buzzing or whirring sound that caused my computer to slow down significantly. Upon plugging in my older headphones, the issue resolved itself. I've now reverted to using the old Exibels and have become skeptical of HyperX’s product, despite numerous positive reviews. The bass was underwhelming, the microphone acceptable, and the sound quality slightly improved, yet frequently cut out for approximately twenty minutes at a time. Furthermore, the microphone itself produced a similar buzzing noise. Is there any way to rectify this problem? I’ve attempted to reach out to HyperX Support, but their response focused solely on requesting a PNG file, even though I had already submitted one.
