sign in to your Roku account online, delete Hulu, confirm its removal from your Roku, then reinstall it and configure it once more.
You've encountered the same problem with Netflix by removing the Hulu application and then reinstalling it.
I've also changed the Roku player from the premium to the stick version.
Update your Roku or router DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 and check for any ongoing problems.
You changed your DNS to 1.1.1.1 and plan to check later this evening to see if the problem persists. (You also reset your modem and edge router.)
Apologies for the delay, but I've discovered a solution for my issue... I restored my modem and router, which also fixed the speed problems on the network.
