I have an unusual issue with my new HDMI 2.1 cable—it doesn’t connect properly with Windows. No video appears on the screen. When I switch to Linux, it works fine. I’ve tested various GPUs; the AMD one flickers briefly during login and then shows a green screen. The RTX 3060 Ti has no display at all. Both GPUs function in Linux. I have the latest drivers installed on Windows.
