It seems Windows has become stuck after a few attempts. I reset it to the default, rebooted, but nothing works. I tried installing on another drive, but it reports missing files. With an 8.1 genuine disc, I’m at a loss and unsure of the next steps. Can I change the drive format to an SSD and reinstall Windows 8 differently?
