I'm trying to boost the GTX 770 using GPU Tweak 2. When I set the overclock clock speed to 1058Mhz, it works fine, but the actual clock speed is still 1100Mhz. help

It's so low since I wasn't using any app in fullscreen and the overclock kicked in.
