I spent most of today trying to improve performance on my rig without success. My GPU struggles to exceed 595Mhz and memory clock stays at 1495Mhz. MSI Afterburner resets everything except fan speed, which stays at zero when I try to boost anything above stock. The settings that work don’t seem to stick. I’m using an MSI GT60 0nc-004us with Windows 10 and Afterburner 4.3.0. My BIOS appears to be from Fisher & Price from three years ago or newer. Changing the CPU BIOS could be worth exploring.

Hello... Review your OS power plan for CPU and GPU... these configurations might take precedence over others.
Appreciate the feedback,
Are these settings available via the control panel of a device you can interact with in BIOS?
The control panel is configured for performance, if that's the desired option.

The "OS" power settings... control panel-power options... typically a Laptop OS install will not open up the "Performance" plan option (like desktop installs)... there is a way to turn that option on in your registry... google it.
